Rozalia’s Granola is the signature dish at Hannah and Netanel’s cafe, Rozalia’s Patisserie.
It is made from a blend of whole, natural ingredients perfectly blended for maximum flavor. Oats, almonds, cranberries, and various seeds make it a delicious way to start the day. It is lightly sweetened with honey and a touch of sugar.
Hannah recommends serving the granola with fresh, natural yogurt and some fresh chopped fruit. We love it as an afternoon snack when you need a little pick-me-up to get through your day. You can also use Rozalia’s Granola for backing as it is a tasty addition to muffins and healthy cookies.

Rozalia’s Granola
Hannah and Netanel Agivim, parents to seven children, established their small catering business and later a charming cafe named Rozalia in Beit Shean in the Jordan Valley. Following a catastrophic fire, the couple, with help from their community, relocated the business to Hemdat, adjacent to their home.
Hannah named the business Rozalia after her grandmother Rozie, a holocaust survivor, with whom she was particularly close. Rozie was an incredibly positive woman with great inner strength and a zest for life. Growing up, she would often visit her grandmother for lunch and learned her way around the kitchen at her grandmother’s side.
Hannah and her husband work together developing recipes and pre[paring food for the cafe and catering business. They are committed to using the highest quality natural and local ingredients in their cooking. They are most famous for their delicious granola, which they serve in their coffee shop
