Star of David, in Hebrew “Magen David”, is a symbol of one of the most recognizable in Judaism. It also appears on the flag of Israel and almost on any synagogue. According to tradition, it was the symbol of protection of the soldiers of David the King of Israel. The double triangle of the Star of David symbolizes the connection between God and Torah.
