This wine is produced from grapes of which 55% are cabernet sauvignon, 30% are merlot and 15% are shiraz. These grapes exhibit the distinctive qualities and cool climate of the mountainside (800 meters above sea level) in which they were grown.

The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.

The Wine has a balanced, full bodied taste, exhibiting flavors of berries, ripe plums, cocoa and native Israeli spices.
