Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from 90% of Cabernet grapes and about 10% of Merlot growing at the climatic and unique altitude (860 meters) at the back of the mountain.

The wine has aged 13 months in French oak barrels, and excels in flavors of young fruit, chocolate, Israeli spices and black pepper.
