They work in relationship with farmers on Moshav Kadesh Barnea in the Negev Desert to make their delicious tapenade. The Kadesh Barnea area is well known as a premier olive growing region of Israel and it is the plump sun-ripened olives that give the tapenade its rich distinctive flavor.
You can use the Olive Tapenade in a variety of ways. It is perfect for crackers, flavorful addition to sandwiches, and perfectly served with cheese platters.

Oksana and Hemi have been happy to raise their family close to the land, sharing their love for the Holy Land with their children. (They shared a vintage photo of the daughter, snapped more than 20 years ago!)
