The La Citadelle Rose Wine 2020 has a deep, sharp flavor with a slight sourness to it. It has a salmon-colored shade as well as English toffee and citrus aromas.
It also has a mineral finish with a hint of Lychee.

La Citadelle de Diamant is a boutique Israeli winery located in Kfar Ruth, a small moshav located and named after the ancient village Kfar Ruta. The vineyard is owned by Laurent Emsellem and his partners David Marciano and Patrick Hababou. The three partners established their vineyard with an idea to produce Israeli Provence-style rose wine and now also produces high-quality white and red wines.
