The ShalvaTea™ Soothing Rose-Peppermint blend is an uplifting and naturally sweet tea, mixing the soothing quality of licorice with a Rosey-peppermint base. This blend was inspired by the native plants of the Elah Valley in central Israel, named for the abundance of wild “Elah” (pistachio) trees that dot the landscape, although perhaps most famous for the epic battle of David and Goliath. The open valley is home to a huge array of wildflowers from late winter through mid-summer, from the pink almond blooms to the bright blue lupines.
